Do I need a website?
Yes, the initial setup asks for your business website address. You can then add documents and text to its knowledge base. Visitors don’t need to browse your website first: share your helper’s chat link or QR code wherever they find you.
Will it book appointments or take payments?
Not automatically. Your helper can share booking or payment links that you provide and capture customer enquiries for you to follow up. It does not manage your calendar, confirm appointments or take customer payments in chat.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
HelpWink is designed to use your business information and acknowledge gaps. AI can still make mistakes, so test important answers and review conversations. You can add instructions and teach it better answers from the dashboard.
Can I use my existing documents?
Yes. Upload text-based PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, CSV or plain-text files up to 8 MB each. We extract the text for the knowledge base; the original file is not kept. Image-only scans need conversion to text first.
Does it replace my team?
Think of it as a helpful first hello, not a substitute for your judgement. It answers repeat questions and captures enquiries. Your team still handles personal advice, follow-up and decisions.
What happens after the trial?
